why is the iPhone 11 camera on the third photo work better than the iPhone 16 camera? ( First two photos )

I want to capture a video or photo close up without the footage, looking grainy or yellow. However, on the iPhone 16, I’m forced to use the macro mode and when I do the photo looks grainy or yellow and if I don’t the photo will look blurry, where on the iPhone 11 there’s no such issue because there is no macro mode.

Is there a way to overwrite this and switch off the macro mode like iPhone 11 is it because of the plastic screen protector I put on my camera but even so I don’t think it would cause the lack of focus of blurriness when I switched the macro mode off .
