ITV Studios Hires Ex-BritBox Exec For APAC As Augustus Dulgaro Departs

There’s change in the ITV Studios international distribution team.

Moira Hogan, the former Australia chief for BritBox International, has been hired as Executive Vice President, APAC Sales and Distribution, to replace the long-serving Augustus Dulgaro.

Hogan was previously BritBox’s Executive Vice President, International Markets & General Manager Australia, but left in October amid restructuring at the streamer’s parent, BBC Studios (BBCS). BritBox International had originally been a BBCS and ITVS joint venture, until the former paid £255M ($334.5M) to buy it outright last year.

She will join the production and sales arm of ITV in February 2026, reporting to Tom Clark, EVP, Global Sales & Commercial Strategy. Hogan will lead sales teams in Sydney and Singapore, selling formats and finished shows such as Love Island, Good Cop Bad Cop and Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters.

Dulgaro has decided to exit his role as Executive Vice President, APAC Sales and Distribution, and will leave at the end of March 2026. He has spent over two decades with ITV.

Clark called Hogan a “champion of British content,” adding, “her extensive experience and strong leadership skills are perfect for leading this dynamic team.”

As for Dulgaro, Clark said: “I’d also like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude to Augustus who has been an exceptional leader and world class ambassador for ITV and Global Partnerships in the region over his 20 year tenure. Augustus leaves this business in terrific shape and we wish him well in the future.”

Hogan said the ITVS APAC business was “in great shape thanks to the care and commitment of Augustus who championed the content and built deep, trusted relationships,” and added she planned to carry forward “that legacy.”
